‘I have been training with Cath for approx 3 years. I started with her Personal training Program which is very varied using gym ball, weights, bands, boxing gloves and bosu. She tailors the program to what I need. Cath can work you very hard but as the saying Goes “No pain no gain”. I have also joined one of Cath’s fitness classes in the evening.
This is a Bums and Tums Class which varies every week incorporating bands, circuits she throws in a bit of a dance step from time to time and has us all going in different directions! It is a really fun class and suitable for all’ ages.' |
