The first part of our journey together is the initial consultation, (this is free). At this appointment, we will have an in-depth chat about what you are hoping to achieve from your training sessions and the time frame you are wanting do it in. You will need to fill in a health questionnaire and an informed consent to exercise form, before you can begin exercising. I will also take your blood pressure, height, weight and body fat readings. Then we will also set a date for the first training session. This could take place at your home, my home or even the park. If you are looking to spread the cost, it is possible to train in a small group (venue depending).
Your exercise programme will be defined by your goals, ie whether you are looking to lose weight, training for a specific event or to improve a health condition. The programme will use a combination of:
